Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower, perfect for those with limited mobility. 🚿♿️

Living/Dining: A massive open-plan space with a 55-inch Smart TV 📺 and an extendable dining table that seats up to 10 guests—perfect for team meetings or family feasts! 🍽️

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, Ninja 10L Airfryer and a Tassimo coffee machine for that essential morning kick. ☕️🍳

🌙 Upstairs: Rest & Work

Bedroom 3 & 4: Both feature super king zip & link beds (choose king or 2 singles). One room includes a vanity desk—ideal as a dedicated workspace or for getting ready. 💻💄 TV in bedrooms.

Bedroom 5: A cosy, private single bedroom. 🛌 TV in bedroom.

Bathroom: A family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath—ideal for a relaxing soak. 🛁

Additional Info: Travel cot or floor mattress can be provided for a small extra fee with at least 72 hours notice.

Furry friends (well behaved) welcome for an additional fee.
