About the home

A ground-floor flat with two double bedrooms on a quiet street in Earlsdon, a 5 minute drive from Coventry station and the city centre. Anatolia, our favourite Turkish grill, is a 10 minute walk away on Earlsdon Street, and The New Albany pub is 5. With a double in each room, it’s good digs for two colleagues, and couples sharing the beds means it can sleep up to 4. Discounts come off automatically for stays of 7 nights or more, and even more for 28 nights or more.

The space

The living room has a big sofa, a smart TV with Netflix and a dining table. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. A washer-dryer helps on a longer stay, and a travel cot is there if you need one.

The flat is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels.

The area

Earlsdon sits just outside Coventry city centre. Tesco Express on Albany Road is a 6 minute walk, and The New Albany, the nearest pub, is 5. Earlsdon Street is about 10 minutes on foot, with Gonzo and Nextdoor for coffee and brunch, Sear Grill House for steaks and Anatolia for charcoal kebabs (book at weekends).

By car, War Memorial Park is 4 minutes away, and the cathedral, the Transport Museum and FarGo Village are about 6.

Getting around

Coventry station is a 5 minute drive or a 23 minute walk, with direct trains to Birmingham and London. The University of Warwick is 11 minutes by car and University Hospital Coventry 14. Parking on the street is free.

Guest access

The whole flat is yours, on the ground floor. Parking on the street is free.

Policies

Check-in 15:00 (latest 23:00), check-out 10:00. Self check-in. Minimum stay 2 nights. Maximum stay: No maximum: long stays are welcome. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Cancellation: 14 days’ notice. Any nights within 14 days of when you tell us are charged; nights after that are not. This applies before arrival and if the stay ends early.

House rules

No smoking or vaping inside the property.

No parties or events: our homes are in residential streets.

Pets only where the listing says they’re welcome: up to 2 pets, with a pet fee. Ask us first: we confirm in writing before you arrive.

Please keep noise down, especially after 10pm.

Everyone staying must be on the booking, and no more guests than it says.

No illegal activities, and no commercial use, filming or subletting.

The lead guest must be 18 or over, and is responsible for any damage during the stay.

Extra cleaning or damage is charged.

Please give us the lead guest’s phone number and email address.

Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean, which is required and charged.

Tell us straight away about anything broken, so we can fix it.

Before you leave: close the windows, leave used towels on the bathroom floor, put rubbish in the bins provided, and lock up and return the keys as your check-out instructions say.
