  1. Host Obligations (Property Providers)
    ​Maintenance & Support: Hosts must provide emergency management and maintenance support via a 24-hour manned phone number every day of the year.
    ​Condition of Property: Hosts must ensure accommodations are kept clean, tidy, and in “tenantable” condition.
    ​Utilities: All utility and service costs (except outgoing phone calls) must be included in the booking fee.
    ​Fees & Rates: Hosts must provide a base rate list by November 30th for the following year. Any mid-year changes require 30 days’ written notice.
    ​Wear and Tear: General wear and tear is the host’s responsibility; damages must be reported with photo evidence within 48 hours of guest departure.
    ​Non-Circumvention: Hosts agree not to contact or do business directly with guests introduced by Snoozestaff to avoid paying agency fees.
  2. Booking & Payments
    ​Role of Snoozestaff: They act as an agent/facilitator between the guest/company and the accommodation provider (the Host).
    ​Identification: Guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card at check-in. The name on the ID must match the booking name.
    ​Incidental Charges: Credit cards are required for incidentals (parking, phone calls, mini-bar) and any mandatory local fees (city taxes or resort fees) that must be paid directly to the hotel.
  3. Cancellation & Liability
    ​Contractual Responsibility: Once a booking is confirmed, a contract exists between the guest and the provider.
    ​Snoozestaff Liability: Their liability is generally limited to the aggregate cost of the booking and covers only direct damages caused by their own service failures.
    ​Refunds: Refund policies often depend on the specific property’s rules, but generally, SnoozeStaff facilitates these according to the agreement made at the time of booking.
  4. Prohibited Uses
    ​Scraping/Copying: Users are not permitted to copy, scrape, or republish content from the website (including reviews and infrastructure) for commercial use.
    ​Inappropriate Behavior: Most listed properties reserve the right to terminate a stay without a refund if guests engage in inappropriate behavior or are found on the Violent and Sex
