Downstairs has a spacious relaxing, comfortable lounge with sofa bed and Smart TV. A downstairs toilet and a beautifully presented kitchen diner. With dining table, cooker, gas hob, air fryer, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. With a separate utility to do the laundry with washer/dryer, ironing board and close hanging facilities.
Kitchen leading onto spacious patio area in the good sized lawned garden. Off the patio is a gate leading to the garage and double driveway.
