Security & Access
• Lost Keys: £100 emergency callout / £200 emergency locksmith service
• Tampering with Alarms or Security Systems: £100

Service Calls
• Unnecessary Maintenance Callout: £25 (when no fault exists)
• Late Check-out: £30 first hour / £40 each subsequent hour

Administrative
• Failure to Pay Additional Charges: £50 administrative fee
