The kitchenette has a fridge and a microwave oven, with plates, cutlery and glasses. The ensuite has a walk-in shower.

The studio is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels. A travel cot is available if you ask.

The area

The Adelphi is on Grove Road, at the edge of the old town. Shakespeare’s New Place is a 6 minute walk, his Birthplace 8, Tudor World 9 and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre 11.

Bell Court, 6 minutes away, has Beleza Rodizio, Miller & Carter and Libertine Burger. The Ivy is new on the High Street too, 8 minutes, and already very popular, so book ahead. Red Hot Mamma is on the High Street, 7 minutes, and Lambs and The Opposition are on Sheep Street, 8. The Windmill is a 5 minute walk and The Phoenix on Guild Street 10. For breakfast, the Deli Café on Meer Street is 6 minutes.

Getting around

Stratford-upon-Avon station is an 8 minute walk, with trains to Birmingham and London Marylebone. By car, Warwick Castle is about 18 minutes and the British Motor Museum at Gaydon about 25.

Guest access

The studio is yours, on the first floor, up the stairs from the main house’s front door and hallway. Parking on site is free, first come first served, with paid street parking close by if it’s full.

Check-in 15:00, check-out 10:00 (latest check-in 23:00). Self check-in via lock box; code in guest portal. Minimum stay 2 nights. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. No smoking or vaping inside; no parties or events; no pets. Cancellation: 14 days’ notice — nights within 14 days of notice are charged. Housekeeping: weekly clean with fresh linen included in the rate. Mid/high season nightly rates: mid £129 (7+ and 28+), high £180 (7+) / £165 (28+).
